Isaiah 22:22 (KJ)


And the key of the house of David will I lay upon His shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open.

I was led to this verse shortly after my London prayer walk of 2018 and could see that it can apply to where the UK stands today. This verse needs to be understood in context with the whole chapter, by studying further we can see how God implements a transference of power and position from the kings right hand man Shebna to Eliakim God's appointed one. In consideration with all that is happening at present (Brexit) then this scripture literally holds the key, for us through prayer, to have the authority in Jesus' name to remove unrighteous leaders and pray in the Eliakims who will honour God and attend to serving Him and our country with honesty and wisdom.
