An update for PW33's 30 Days of Prayer and Fasting - Days 23-29
Greetings everyone, Today's update has taken an unexpected turn. Everything continues in prayer following the pattern of the last few days in taking a different 30 degree sector of the Earth's globe each day to pray for the churches and church leaders who live within the designated regions. It's a methodical approach but has one drawback, it does not prioritise where the most urgent need for prayer is.
News of Earthquakes yesterday in Japan, San Francisco and the hardest hit of all Venezuela has made me review how I should go forward in praying for countries in regions that are unaffected whilst massive human suffering is going on elsewhere. For this reason I have decided not to make any daily updates on social media, but neither am personally climbing down from my commitment to continually pray for the worldwide church. I will continue on the remaining days of PW33's 30 days of prayer and fasting to keep to the list of countries still scheduled for prayer, but without the daily commentaries. This will free me up with more time to pray for all the regions of earthquake and other world events. it is also important that I spend more time with the Lord, getting in deeper and deeper with Him concerning the outcome of July the 4th as we draw to a close to this current time of prayer and fasting. For a whole week now I will be off air, then return for a final appraisal, dedication and praise to the Lord for all He has shown us through these 30 days.
